Lesser truck traffic, machinery and material suppliers around the final construction site as several parts of a building are completed in the factory itslef. Our
Story
Get to Know Us
The founder, Arjun Seth, has a family business in the Manufacturing sector. He has been acquainted with Design, Metal and Construction from a very young age. His curiosity was piqued when he used to visit his father’s factory and he gained an understanding of how products and projects are delivered successfully.

After completing his Bachelors, Arjun went to Australia for his Masters in Business Administration. This is where he was exposed to the world of Pre-Fabricated Homes and Container Housing Units.
He completed a summer internship in Victoria under a contractor for modular housing for 4 months, where he grasped and mastered the concept of Pre-Fabricated Homes and Container Housing Units.

After his internship, he moved back to India and joined his family business.

Realizing the opportunity and demand, Arjun realized it was time to bring in something new, something different, something creative and something cost effective into the market. He understood that India’s developing economy was the perfect environment to set up a Pre-Fabricated Homes and Container Housing Units business.
And thus, Spaces and Koncepts was born.
